Knee update:

Two thumbs up for acupuncture.

Two thumbs up for a single cortisone injection.

MRI indicated "advanced illiotibial band friction syndrome" (which we all knew) and a touch of arthritis which is probably in both knees because I'm a runner and I'm old. Absolutely no tears of any kind.

Orthopedist: "Go run. Tell me what happens."
